 THE PAST  Veronesi S.R.L. has been operating on the market with the construction of pipes and components for aeraulic systems for three generations.

The founder, Francesco veronesi, originated this activity after the 2nd Word War, constructing round-section galvanized sheet pipes for for transferring flour to mills by pneumatic systems, in Italy and abroad.

At the beginning of the sixties, during this Country's economic growth period, the Company began developing in the sector of pipe construction for air suction and conditioning systems in civil and industrial buildings.

Since 1972 Mr. veronesi's son Aurelio has been in charge of the business. he enlarged the premises destined to the activity and adapted the equipement to the market's new demands, this expanding its clientele as well as the boundaries of the areas served.

Aurelio's son Vincenzo, who became the owner of the company in 1980, further upgraded the production activity of the pipes by adopting the most advanced technological systems and training skilled personnel for the assembly operations.

Currently Veronesi S.r.l. is managed by the three brothers: Vincenzo, Giorgio and Pierpaolo Veronesi and operates both on the domestic and foreign market.

QUALITY Innovative choices characterize the activity of Veronesi S.R.L. and consolidate its presence on the market.

For example:
- Integration of the services (technical drawings, inspections, system calibration, maintenance);
- Continuous research for the innovation of materials;
- Constant dialog with the buyers and integration with other installations (furnishings, electrical systems, etc.);
- Production with automated computer-controlled machines;
- Automatic management of production cost surveys;
- State-of-the-art assembly equipment;
- "PREICOIBENT" patent for round-section pipes (galvanized sheet, aluminum, stainless steel, even coupled), with double wall execution and pre-insulated with polyurethane foam injection.

THE FRAMEWORK  In 1990 Vincenzo Veronesi was amongst the founders of AS.A.P.I.A. (National Association of Companies that Produce Pipes and Components for Aeraulic Systems).

The association, the only one in Italy in this sector, groups a certain number of firms specialized in the production of pipes with a view to improving the quality of the product. This goal is pursued through the elaboration and circulation of technical documentation aimed at addressing the firms, the customers and the designers to the adoption of general regulations and high constructive standards.

AS.A.P.I.A. is present at the meetings held by C.E.N. (European Regulations Committee), that deals with the definition of general European regulations to be applied in the aeraulic sector.

The new production factory of Veronesi s.r.l. Aeraulica was born to meet the increasing demands of the market in terms of productivity and, above all, the quality of the product.

The area dedicated to the production of sheet pipes for aeraulic systems is divided into departments equipped with integrated technologies among the most sophisticated ones present today on the international markets, capable of guaranteeing products of the highest quality.

The "heart" of the production process is completely automated and controlled by a computerized work station that interfaces the technical department with the production workshop in real time.

The study, design and selection of the three-dimensional pieces that compose the aeraulic networks produced by us are performed on CAD-CAM stations that program the three machines simultaneously by checking the different processes and production cycles automatically.

On the other hand, the rectilinear quadrangular section pipes are produced by means of the DUCTER 2000 automated system

This innovative system is obtained directly from sheet coils in the different thickness required and carries out the subsequent processes autonomously: the cutting-to-size of the pieces, the stiffening rib of the surfaces, the lengthwise profiling as well as the creation of the flanges, which it obtains directly from the sheet by means of the FLAROM system, followed by the subsequent bending procedure. DUCTER 2000 produces directly from coils with dimensions up to 2,000 mm., thus allowing the standardization of the production process and the optimization of the "scraps".

The CUTTING-INSULATING system retrieves the thermo-deadening material for the insulation from coils, and then cuts the profiles, following the instructions that come from the same computer that guides the other production units.

Cutting-insulating system

This permits to easily couple the insulating profiles with the corresponding parts of the special pieces cut by the SUPER PLASMA system, since both are marked automatically.

Spiro

The machine that produces the circular pipe with the SPIRO continuous coiled seaming allows the production of rectilinear pipes of standard diameters.

This system was appropriately modified to allow the production of stainless steel, aluminum or pre-painted sheet circular channels – in addition to those made with galvanized sheet.

All these materials are used for the creation of the PRECOIBENT circular double-wall pipes (patented by us).
